01 The Brief
The brief for this one week design challenge: Improving the customer experience
02 Research
Introduction
This brief was very broad, therefore allowing for a lot of potential products and opportunities. I started off by looking at trends in the retail/shopping industry:

I then went to research general supermarket problems to give myself a better insight into how the customer experience can potentially suffer.
Next, I went on to look at Sainsbury's reviews, in order to get a better understanding of the issues Sainsbury's customers were facing.

I categorised the reviews into three main categories/pain points:

I then looked at some initial ideas that could solve some of the pain points and the brief:

I decided to take the idea highlighted in red forward. I created quick wireframes to visualise my idea:

I used the ideas from the wireframe sketches to create a high-fidelity prototype in Figma:
